/Hello everyone, very usually when speaking in our second language we may need to clarify things. Here are some questions we could use:
“I didn’t quite hear that, sorry, can you say that again?”
“I didn’t catch that last bit. Can you say it again please?”
“Sorry, but just to clarify…”
“So, what you’re saying is…”
